Purchases made on the FNX NETWORK official store are payments for virtual digital items. This policy explains our stance on refunds and disputes.
Since our products are digital assets (Ranks, Keys, Cosmetics) and are delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. Once the item is credited to your Minecraft account, the service is considered complete.
Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are banned from the server for breaking rules, you will not be eligible for a refund for any active ranks or perks.
We use advanced tracking to provide proof of delivery to payment processors in case of fraudulent disputes.
If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours due to a technical glitch, please contact our support team on Discord with your transaction ID. We will ensure the items are manually added to your account.
