2. Virtual Goods & Ranks

All purchases made on the FNX Store are for virtual items used within the network. These items have no real-world value.

• Ranks and perks are tied to the account used during purchase.
• We reserve the right to change rank perks at any time for server balance.

3. Refund Policy

Since all products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. Any attempt to chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the FNX Network and its associated platforms.

4. Data & Privacy

We collect minimal data (Minecraft UUID and IP) to ensure server security. Your data is never sold to third parties.
